Yesterday, we met in LC1 to read the first act of The Laramie Project. Thanks to Ms. K-O, Jonathan, Adam, Angel, Frank, Chris, Armando, Rich B., Mike, Larry and Christiana for participating. I got chills by the end of it.
We will meet again in LC1 on next Wednesday to read Act II. There is a strong possibility that The Laramie Project will be our winter play for 2010. XDS members are strongly encouraged to drop by.
The Laramie Project chronicles the town of Laramie and its people, a year after the murder of Matthew Shepard, a 21 year old gay man. The murder happened in 1998. But, how has Laramie changed as a town ten years later?
